CASA MADRE RENTAL 2025/26
WEEKLY RATES:
July - September = £420 per week; £60 perday
May-June = £350 per week; £50 per day
April & October = £315 per week; £45 per day
November - March = £245 per week; £35 per day
PAYMENTS:
- £100 deposit on booking confirmation.
- £100 bond payable on booking - returnable subject to no property issues identified at the end of your visit.
- Balance due no later than six weeks before start of scheduled visit.
- Direct money transfer to designated bank account - details will be provided on booking.
PRICES QUOTED ARE:
- Per Property NOT Per Person
- Based on four people sharing - for any people above four , please use the 'Contact Us' form to request a price.
- Inclusive of all utilities - e.g. water; electricity (subject to no unreasonable usage of appliances).
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY;
- A 70 euro fee (90 euros if beds in the lower ground floor are used) is payable either on top of the rental or directly to our property manager/keyholder before your departure to cover the costs of cleaning and laundry.
